What has CTSI taught you?

As the owner of our young company, I’ve learned that the people you surround yourself with are the most important asset you can have. I’ve been blessed to have like minded people come into my life. CTSI as a company is and always will be a people first kind of place.

Significant moments?

One hasn’t been more important than the other. However, I would say the joy of building something that creates jobs and helps better peoples lives has been a dream and a passion of mine for a long time.

What has CTSI taught you?

Being responsible for so many people’s lives is an honor. They rely on us to ensure they have steady work and steady pay, and we take our roles to heart.

Significant moments?

Hiring our lead office girl and managers to help us keep it together. Always investing back into our business to ensure we are always the first choice for the work available.

What has CTSI taught you?

CTSI has taught me the journey of growing a small business in such a competitive world. I have learned how to manage multiple tasks and people. I have learned how to operate and manage a business from the office standpoint. I have learned how to be proud of such a growing company and the small and big successes we have had along this amazing journey.

Significant moments?

Some of the most significant moments are hearing praises from customers and those we subcontract for. Also moments that we learned CTSI has gained more work and contracts from word of mouth because of how well and organized our company is for being so little.
